Kinder - 5th Grade Elementary Formation

Thank you for your interest in the elementary faith formation program at Immaculate Conception. Registrations for new students opens at the end of May every year and closes in July for the academic school year.

If you haven't done so, please register as a member at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Please visit the parish office during business hours to enroll your family. There is no cost to become a member. If you live outside of our boundaries, we will require you to get written permission from your parish priest to allow your child to enroll in our faith formation program. Thank you!
