  If your child is currently enrolled in faith formation year 1, the Director of Elementary Formation will be in contact with you to make an appointment for a family visit and evaluation.
  
  If your child is NOT currently enrolled in faith formation classes, then your child needs to enroll in faith formation and complete year 1 and year 2 in order to receive their first communion.
